1. What time does the meeting start and end?

The meeting starts Monday, October 25, 2010 at 8:00am.

The meeting will end Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 5pm.
On-site Registration will be available:
Sunday, October 24 - 10am - 5pm
Monday, October 25 - 7am - 5pm
Tuesday, October 26 - 7am - 5pm
Wednesday, October 27 - 7am - 5pm

Exhibitors can set-up between 4pm and 8pm on Sunday, October 24, 2010.
2. Will there be Internet access available?
-
A resort fee of $15.00 is included in your daily room rate of $154. The resort fee includes: Internet Access (wireless and wired) in guest rooms, Fitness center access, designated complimentary in-room beverages, complimentary individual transportation to designated area attractions, daily newspaper, local and toll free 800 telephone calls (20 min. per call).
3. Is there a conference registration fee?

Yes. Registration fees are listed below:

NNOHA Member: $325 for General Participant (if received by September 23, 2010)

NNOHA Advisory Committee Member Exhibitor Fee: $1,000

Non-NNOHA Member: $375 for General Participant (if received by September 23, 2010)

Exhibitor Fee: $1500

If you are not a NNOHA member and would like to sign up to register for the conference at the member fee, please check the "Become a NNOHA Member" box on the registration page. The NNOHA membership fee is $25 per individual and $250 per organization annually.

Yes, Continuing Education will be offered at this meeting. Additional information will be provided at registration onsite.

7. What important dates should I be aware of?

Early Bird registration deadline is September 23, 2010.

Registration deadline is October 15, 2010. All registrations after October 15th will be charged the on-site registration fee.

Hotel reservation deadline is September 23, 2010 to guarantee conference rate.

Abstracts must be received by 5:00pm MST on July 15, 2010. Successful submissions will be notified by August 6, 2010. Please note that abstracts should be sent by email attachment to adminsupport@nnoha.org

CV/ Bio, Disclosure Information submitted by August 24, 2010.

Electronic Presentations/Posters submitted by September 10, 2010.
8. What should I wear to the conference?

Business Casual attire is encouraged for the conference. The temperature is difficult to regulate in meeting rooms and can be cold, therefore some people may want to bring a sweater or light jacket.
