Evaluations/CE Credit

Thank you for attending the 2011 National Primary Oral Health Conference. Your participation contributed to the success of our event and we truly appreciate your time.  Please note the following information on CE credit:

If you did not complete your CE evaluations at the conference, please visit www.ceevaluations.net and follow the instructions.  

Things to remember: 

• You will have until December 10, 2011 to complete your CE requirements. 
  
• Your CE# is located on your conference name badge. If you are unable to locate your CE number, please contact Luana at onparpro@comcast.net.
  
• The CE certificate has been updated to reflect clinical and administrative hours. if you have already printed your certificate and would like your certificate to reflect clinical/administrative hours, just log back in and reprint your certificate. You may log in and print your certificate as many times as necessary until the site is permantely closed. 
  
  

CE Instructions:

The initial screen should prompt you to enter your RegID. This is your 8 digit CE number. After entering the CE system, simply follow the on-screen directions. You can enter/exit as many times as necessary. You will need to complete an evaluation for each session in which you wish to receive credit as well as the overall conference evaluation. At any time, you can view your completed evaluations or delete a completed evaluation by clicking on the View/Delete Evaluations button.

Once all sessions have been evaluated, click on the Proceed to Overall Evaluation button. DO NOT fill out the overall conference evaluation form until you are finished evaluation all your sessions. Once you do the overall conference evaluation, you will NOT be allowed to go back and evaluate any more sessions.

After submitting the overall conference evaluation, you will be presented with the option of proceeding to Print your Education Certificate or to Save and Logout. If you proceed to print, your Education Certificate will open in a separate browser window where you can click on the printer icon in the browser window to print your Certificate. Close the browser window with your certificate and click on Save and Logout to return to the login screen.
 
If you have questions about your CE number, contact Luana Harris-Scott at onparpro@comcast.net. If you need to make a correction to a completed certificate, call the CE Evaluation office at 217-529-6941 and ask for Regina Benedict or Bonnie Chandler.
