The NNOHA Practice Management Committee is developing new Health Center Dental Director training materials. Current available resources for new Dental Directors include:

• Operations Manual for Health Center Oral Health Programs includes information on Health Center fundamentals, leadership, financials, and other topics that are relevant to leading a successful oral health program. 
• The annual National Primary Oral Health Conference includes valuable sessions for new Directors, including the back by popular demand, "Fundamentals of Leading a Health Center Oral Health Program," as well as opportunities to ask questions and network with your peers. 
• NNOHA's webinar series covers a wide range of topics that are helpful for new Dental Directors.  Many sessions are archived for on-demand viewing with options to receive CE credits.
• Frequently Asked Questions section highlights common questions regarding Health Center operations.  All information is based on the Operations Manual.
