CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
EMAIL a request for cancellation/refund to info@nnoha.org No refunds given after September 30, 2013 regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness or acts of God. Refunds are processed within 30 days of notification.  Credit card refunds may take 7 - 10 business days to reflect on your statement.


Cancellation/Refund Deadline Dates:
  • 100% refund given on or before August 31, 2013
  • 50% refund given between the dates between September 1, 2013 - September 30, 2013
  • No refund given after September 30, 2013

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following explains the information NNOHA collects and how it is used. Please refer to the NNOHA contact page if you have any concerns.

As part of the registration process, the following information is collected from attendees:

Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information

Your personal information is simply used to fill your order. It will not be used in any way to market products or services that you have not ordered from us. NNOHA will not sell or share your private information with outside vendors or clients without your prior written consent.  Please visit www.authorize.net/company/privacy for their terms of use.

DELIVERY METHOD & TIMING & CURRENCY OF TRANSACTIONS IN US DOLLARS 
Registrations are processed in the order received.  
 Conference attendees must register online.  Telephone registrations are not accepted.   On-site registration is available at the conference.  Conference registration forms must be received by October 25, 2013 to be listed in the partipant list.   All registration fees should be made payable to the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA), in U.S. funds by check, MasterCard, or VISA. A confirmation email will be sent back to you within 48 hours of registration. Credit card users must supply a new credit card number within 24-hours of denial notification or your reservation will be returned to inventory.  Further, payment for all registrations made 'pay by check' must be received no later than 30 days after registration is submitted or your reservation will be returned to inventory.  A $20 administration fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

WHAT DOES YOUR REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
  1. Admission to the Exhibit Hall.
  2. Admission to all lectures and breakout sessions, However, each attendee MUST register for any hands-on sessions to be on a first come/first served basis (limited spaces available). There are additional fees for selected outside sessions and activities on a first come/first serve basis (limited seats available). Each registrant is eligible for CE credit based on sessions attended and a competed evaluation form.
  3. Conference registration fee also includes a complimentary ticket to the NNOHA Welcome Reception
  4. Food & Beverage during the 3 day conference to inlcude: Continental Breakfast, AM/PM Breaks and Lunch.
