Dental sealants continue to be an effective strategy to prevent dental caries. With the lingering impacts of COVID-19, dental caries prevention is more important than ever. This session will review the 2021 HRSA UDS Sealant data and feature an introduction from BPHC's Dental Officer, Dr. Folasayo Adunola. The session will review the evidence for dental sealants and strategies to improve sealant rates. One health center, Columbia Basin Health Association (WA) will share ways that they've improved sealant rates in their organization. This session duplicates what was presented at the NNOHA Conference session.
