The NNOHA Dashboard Collaborative enhances the quality of oral health services provided by community health centers. NNOHA uses the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Breakthrough Series Collaborative methodology to train health center oral health programs in the Model for Improvement, to create the foundation for monitoring, reporting and improving on a specific set of dashboard measures that includes the HRSA sealant measure. Click here to see the Dashboard Collaborative Change Package: This publication is a compilation of the changes and strategies that NNOHA teams tested and found worked best to implement evidence-based practices and the systems to collect measurement data for the Dashboard Collaborative.
The key strategies of the NNOHA Dashboard Collaborative are:
Teach health center grantee dental programs Quality Improvement (QI), including small tests of change, and systems redesign for efficient care processes
Implement evidence-based clinical practices for dental disease prevention and management
