NNOHA is the largest group of safety-net oral health practitioners in the country, and our members all share a commitment to increasing access to quality oral health care for underserved populations. NNOHA is committed to providing the highest quality resources and support designed to meet the unique needs of our members and their programs.

In 2013, NNOHA conducted the Health Center Oral Health Provider Recruitment, Retention, and Job Satisfaction Survey. Based on the results, this session illustrates the statistical analysis of job satisfaction indicators and self-reported salaries among Health Center dentists and dental hygienists. Responses are compared and contrasted with data supplied by executive directors of Health Centers. The survey reveals helpful hints and tips for Health Centers’ efforts in recruiting and retaining oral health providers. (Note: This content was presented at the 2013 National Primary Oral Health Conference. Due to popular demand, NNOHA presented this information again in webinar format on 5/5/2013.)
