In 2013, NNOHA conducted the Health Center Oral Health Provider Recruitment, Retention, and Job Satisfaction Survey. Based on the results, this session illustrates the statistical analysis of job satisfaction indicators and self-reported salaries among Health Center dentists and dental hygienists. Responses are compared and contrasted with data supplied by executive directors of Health Centers. The survey reveals helpful hints and tips for Health Centers’ efforts in recruiting and retaining oral health providers. (Note: This content was presented at the 2013 National Primary Oral Health Conference. Due to popular demand, NNOHA presented this information again in webinar format on 5/5/2013.)
