Cabin Creek Health Systems is recruiting for a full-time dentist to work at the dental clinic within the Clendenin Health Center. This is a great opportunity to join the staff of a progressive Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Dental salary and benefits are competitive. Malpractice coverage is provided through the Federal Tort Claims Act. Coverage is occurrence-based so there is no tail coverage upon leaving employment. CCHS is a qualifying site for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) with a competitive Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) score. CCHS also supports professional development through licensure preparation and continued education. Other benefits include PTO (years 1 - 4 = 18 days; years 5 - 9 = 21 days), CE (5 days), PEIA medical, dental, vision, national (8) and floating (3) holidays, personal sick time, family sick time, wellness days, STD, LTD, profit sharing, 401K retirement plan, and sick leave. Additional financial support is available for continued education expenses, annual professional association membership, licensure, and credentialing.

  Education and Training:
1. Graduation from an accredited dental school required
2. Completion of an accredited general practice residency program is preferred
3. Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred
5. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required
6.Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges required
7. Familiarity with Dentrix or similar EHR preferred

Licensure and Credentials:
1. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of WV
2. Current CPR (BLS) certifications. ACLS preferred
3.  NPI and DEA registration required
4. Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers preferred
