 The FQHC is the premier Primary Care organization for Rutland County in Vermont.  They offer 2 dental practices and 7 medical facilities and provide care to approximately 75% of their residents. They serve all patients without regard to income or insurance status and provide a sliding fee discount to those who qualify. Their cohesive team of staff is dedicated to their mission of improving and promoting the health of all people in our service area by providing quality care, preventive and supportive services and coordinating extended services as needed.   


 Join an outstanding team of dentists supported by hygienists and dental assistants along with their administrative office support team in providing oral health care, education, and services for their pediatric patients. They service private and government insured patients.
