North Country HealthCare is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving 12 communities across the entire northern half of Arizona. This full-time position is located in Flagstaff, Ariz., just 80 miles from Grand Canyon National Park, and in the middle of a high-elevation, ponderosa pine forest with four true seasons.

We have patients of all ages, kids and adults.  As a teaching health center, our providers enjoy mentoring students and we are welcoming our first class of dental residents this fall.  Be a part of a practice that values both patient and provider education and caring for the underserved.  It doesn’t get any better than that!


Certificate of completion from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program

Current Arizona license (or ability to obtain one upon hire)

Preference give to those with a college degree in dental hygiene
