Unique opportunity to lead a dental clinic and provide dental services to patients in a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC). Patients include adults, children, and adolescents with a focus on the adult population. The person in the position works closely with primary care and behavioral health in an integrated health setting. Many patients live with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders and have been underserved. Seeking someone who is flexible, compassionate, organized, and able to manage a team.


Loan repayment may be available through state/federal programs. The regular work schedule is Monday - Friday 8a-5p.


Required: MD – Ohio licensed Dentist.
