The Opportunity: Lead a community-changing, integrated dental practice in a state of the art facility in Eastern North Carolina. Help build a brand new FQHC dental practice that serves historically marginalized communities and provide affordable quality oral health services in a caring and respectful environment. Design an 8 chair practice, a school based program and dental services integrated into our large medical Pediatric practice. While doing this important work, you can take advantage of state and federal loan repayment or High Needs Bonuses. The practice site will be in Aulander NC, near the beautiful Chowan River and under an hour from Suffolk, VA and Greenville, NC.


The Health Center: RCCHC emerged from needs in the community, is led by a board of our patients, and serves 18,000 patients annually.
