The provider shall be a fully accredited Dentist licensed to practice medicine in the State of Idaho. Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and/or Dental Director, this position provides comprehensive coordinated dental and preventive dental services to an ethnically diverse patient population Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional evenings and Saturdays. Position is based in Pocatello, Idaho; however, position responsibilities may require travel within all Health West clinic sites.
