Manitowoc & Sheboygan

We are currently seeking a full-time dentist in our Manitowoc clinic.

Who is LCHC?

LCHC was founded in 2012 and is an independent non-profit organization that maintains 3 clinics located in Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and West Bend. We are a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) that provides preventive medical, behavioral (mental) health care, and dental care. We believe everyone has a right to quality healthcare, regardless of insurance status or income level. No patient will be turned away due to the inability to pay for care.

Other services provided by LCHC include School-Based Dental and Mental Health care, Chiropractic Services, and an on-site pharmacy in our Sheboygan & Manitowoc locations.

General Dentist

The Dentist is responsible for providing preventative & restorative dental care that is consistent with accepted professional standards. The employee will provide care and services in accordance with established standards and practices at assigned primary care sites. They will develop and implement goals and objectives to ensure high quality, cost-effective and compliant clinical care.

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP) offers primary medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health care clinicians the opportunity to have their student loans repaid while earning a competitive salary in exchange for serving in urban, rural, or tribal communities with limited access to care. Dentists working for LCHC are eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC.
