The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a general dentist for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center, in Ottumwa Iowa.
Mission: to improve the health outcomes of their patients by providing exceptional health care services.
Position Details:
Full time 40 hour work week – schedule is flexible within the hours of the clinics
Clinic is open: Monday – Thursday 7AM – 6PM; Friday 8AM – 12PM
No weekends
20/patients day on average
3 dental operatories with a dental team of 3 dentists, 4 RDH, and 2 RDA/dentist
Epic Wisdom is the EHR.

Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited education institution
License to practice dentistry in Iowa
Federal DEA certificate
State Pharmacy Board CSA certificate
Benefits
Salary range $170,000 - $240,000 + bonus for meeting quality measures.
Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment with two year commitment & option to renew
$10,000 sign on bonus.
Professional membership fees/dues paid for
$3,500 and 5 days for continuing education per year
22 PTO days + 8 paid holidays
403b retirement plan with 5% employer match
Contract Length: 3 years with 90 days termination notice allowance
Insurance: health, dental, short term disability, long term disability
Malpractice Insurance through FTCA and gap coverage
