Join St. David's Foundation and be a part of advancing health equity in Central Texas through our innovative Dental Program. We are seeking a Senior Dental Operations Officer to contribute to our mission by leading our Dental Operations Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


As the Sr. Dental Operations Officer, your key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the dental program.

Managing the dental operations staff.

Stewardship of the dental operations budget.

Overseeing formative and summative program evaluation.

Working closely and collaboratively with the VP of Community Programs and Director of Dental Programs to create and implement new processes to continually improve and maximize the daily operations of the Dental Program.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field with relevant experience.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex programs, including a minimum of five years of leadership experience nurturing talent and managing diverse teams in a healthcare setting.

Demonstrated effective problem solving and project management skills.

Demonstrated effective public speaking skills.

Demonstrated experience creating and executing complex operational program plans and business process strategies.

Demonstrated leadership skills and qualities.

Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, manage and analyze budgets.

High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Willingness and ability to travel to multiple worksites within Central Texas, including some nights and weekends.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree.

English/Spanish bilingual.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing complex programs, including 10 years of leadership experience managing diverse teams in a healthcare setting.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, dental, public health, nonprofit, or social program implementation and management.

Minimum of five years of complex program management experience working in a nonprofit environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in dental software applications.

Desired Start Date

Salary range for this position begins at $125,000 per year. Actual starting salary will be commensurate with experience.
