Randolph, Sharon, Chelsea and Rochester

Are you a DA or RDH with at least 3 years of experience? Are you looking to find a place where you truly feel like you’ve made a difference in someone’s life?

Here is what our patients are saying:

“I’ve been in pain for years, but no one was taking my insurance. Thank you for being here. I’m so grateful”

“Doesn’t matter how you dress, how you look or how bad your teeth are, they treat you kindly, with respect and dignity. They really care.”

“You gave me back my smile.”

HealthHUB Dental has been on the forefront of mobile dentistry in Vermont for over 15 years. We provide dental care to underserved communities predominantly in Orange and Windsor counties. Our dental hygiene trailer delivers preventive services to 12 schools in 8 locations and we are currently expanding our capacity to provide comprehensive dental care.

We are looking for friendly, kind, empathetic, confident, and experienced staff as we expand. In addition, you should be flexible, capable and willing to adapt to changing situations. These positions require a strong sense of teamwork as there is no ‘not-my -job’ in this role: We all chip in where we are needed (this includes our awesome dentist, too!). Finally, applicants should be dedicated to lifelong learning and evidence-based practices, open to the ever-changing landscape of dentistry.

Dental assisting applicants may be traditional or certified (by DANB exam). All applicants will either be certified by DANB in ICE and RHS or be eligible to take these exams within 6 months of hire. Applicants may be asked to complete a background check.

Dental hygienists must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience to qualify as a public health dental hygienist (PHDH) in VT. Experience in pediatrics is preferrable OR a strong willingness to learn. You will be the face of the school-based program in our schools so friendly, open, and understanding of the social determinants of health experienced by our communities is a must. As a PHDH, you have expanded functions which will require additional training (SDF, GIC sealants, SMART technique) and a great degree of autonomy. Applicants may be asked to complete a background check.

If you are a dental hygienist working out-of-state but interested, know that getting your VT license is very easy compared to many states! If you’re in good standing with your current state, it can take less than two weeks to get your license.

If you’re interested, please submit your questions, resume or CV to our dental division manager: Tammy@healthhubvt.org
