Explore practical strategies to strengthen front office operations and improve the patient experience in dental settings. Speakers will discuss approaches to patient scheduling, appointment flow, intake and registration processes, insurance verification workflows, and communication strategies that support efficient daily operations. The session will also highlight coordination between front office staff, dental assistants, and providers to reduce barriers, minimize patient frustration, and create a more seamless care experience. Participants will hear real-world examples and actionable strategies to support stronger teamwork, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
