Salary: $145,204+

•  Paid Time Off Benefits: 144 Hours Paid Time Off (PTO) in your first year, 56 hours Extended Illness Bank (EIB), 8 paid holidays for full-time employees, amounts are pro-rated for part-time employees who are .5 FTE or higher.

•  Loan Repayment: Up to $50,000 for a 2-year service commitment at an NHSC approved site.

Requirements: 

•  Education: DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from an accredited dental school.

•   Licensure: Current dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure by start date) in Idaho.

•   Certification: DEA license, Idaho controlled substance registration, NPI number, current BLS.

•   Experience: At least 1 year of experience practicing general dentistry or 1-year GPR/AEGD,

preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
