Working in dentistry can weigh heavily on the body, mind, and spirit.  It is critical that dental team members maintain their health and wellness to help prevent injury and burnout.  This webinar will focus on the seven dimensions of wellness and how to prioritize your health in each area.  Emphasis will be given to motivation and sustaining change as well as how to develop your own personal wellness plan.

2. Describe coping tools and how to sustain change.

3. Learn strategies to improve all dimensions of wellness.
