Salary: $145,204+
Benefits:
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid employee coverage for medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees.
• Life Insurance: Employer-paid for 1x annual salary up to $200k (optional coverage available for additional cost)

Requirements:
• Education: DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from an accredited dental school.
• Licensure: Current dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure by start date) in Idaho.
• Certification: DEA license, Idaho controlled substance registration, NPI number, current BLS.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience practicing general dentistry or 1-year GPR/AEGD,
preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
