Missouri Ozarks Community Health (MOCH) is proud to serve our rural communities as a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing quality, affordable, and accessible medical, dental, and behavioral health services since 1997. With six clinic locations in Ava, Gainesville, Mansfield, Mountain Grove, Cabool, and Houston, we’re continuing to grow — and we want YOU to grow with us!
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Dentist to deliver high quality patient care through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Candidates must hold a current Missouri dental license and complete a pre employment drug/alcohol screening.

Desired Start Date
$175,000+ increasing base salary based on experience, licensure, certification, plus $15,000 Signing-bonus, quarterly and annual bonus potential, 25 Days PTO (vacation/CME), 8 paid holidays, 401(K) employer retirement contribution, Malpractice Coverage, and opportunity to qualify for loan forgiveness through our FQHC Qualified site
