AFL Enterprises, LLC has led transformative initiatives in public health and is recognized for driving public health innovation, advocating for policy changes, and increasing program effectiveness. Among their successful initiatives and impacts are:

• The SMILES Dental Project, Colorado’s virtual dental home, funded by Caring for Colorado Foundation

• The San Francisco Department of Public Health Dental Transformation Initiative, funded by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

• Cavity Free at Three, an early intervention public health initiative, funded by a consortium of funders

• NNOHA’s Sealants Collaborative, developing systems to deliver same day sealants, funded by HRSA

• The Health Center Dental Dashboard, quality metrics for FQHCs, funded by Arcora Foundation and Delta Dental of Colorado
