Professional Background: Lydia is a seasoned community strategist and membership engagement leader with over a decade of experience in designing and scaling inclusive digital and in person experiences. She has led cross-functional initiatives in the nonprofit and health equity sectors, specializing in member retention, digital engagement, and CRM platform optimization.


With a focus on streamlining backend operations and using storytelling to drive engagement, she aligns platform strategy with user needs—delivering measurable results across learning collaboratives, community forums, and donor ecosystems. Her approach is deeply collaborative and data-informed, ensuring programs not only function smoothly but also foster long-term relationships across stakeholder groups.


Notable Achievements: Launched a Twilio Salesforce integration at the Los Angeles LGBT Center to utilize SMS as a marketing channel. This resulted in a loyalty program via Toast with the Liberation Coffee House.


Personal Interests: Lydia enjoys boxing.
