As a Dentist at Community Health, you’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team providing high-quality, comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. Based in our state-of-the-art dental facility in Rutland, Vermont—opened just one year ago, this role offers the chance to practice in a modern, thoughtfully designed environment alongside an experienced and supportive care team.
You’ll deliver full-scope preventive and restorative dental services in a practice that prioritizes access, health equity, and whole-person care. Our Rutland dental team works closely with on-site medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy professionals to ensure patients receive integrated, wraparound care.

Desired Start Date
We offer a market-competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to support your professional and personal goals. The starting salary for this position is $200,000 for new graduates, with additional consideration commensurate with experience. There is opportunity to earn $400,000+ annually under our RVU productivity structure, while maintaining a 4-day work week and outpatient-only schedule.
