We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist for our busy rural health system.  Community Health Services (CHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center.  We serve people from all walks of life, and our talented team of dentists and other professionals share a vision for patient centered care and are passionate about caring for underserved populations. 


At CHS, you'll find the work both challenging and rewarding.  Our dentists are responsible for performing oral surgery, periodontal and preventive services, restorative services, endodontics, and fixed and removable prosthodontics on patients.

At CHS you will not be required to work on weekends or company recognized holidays.  CHS is an FQHC, making you eligible to qualify for loan repayment through the State of Ohio Loan Repayment Program and National Health Services Corps in which you may receive loan repayment for a two-year service commitment. 


Candidates must hold a Doctor in Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) and must possess an unrestricted Ohio license to practice dental medicine.
