Your Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all dental services, including primary, secondary, and preventive care.
Manage daily non-clinical operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate dental services with MyCHN’s holistic care model.
Monitor budgets, KPIs, billing, and insurance processes to optimize financial performance.
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing dental team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental providers, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience with an FQHC required
Minimum of 10+ years in the dental field with extensive management experience.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Knowledge of dental terminology, treatments, insurance plans, and billing.
Familiarity with regulatory standards (JCAHO, CMS, OSHA, ADA).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
