NNOHA is surveying to assess the current provision of oral health services for individuals with special health care needs (SHCN) in health centers. Specifically, this study seeks to better understand provider attitudes, practices, and perceived barriers to delivering care for this population. The findings will inform the NNOHA's future learning collaboratives, with the goal of improving access to high-quality dental care for individuals with SHCN.
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. By completing this survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a random drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
This survey is specifically for dental providers (dentists, hygienists, therapists) who are currently providing clinical care.
