Aligning staff performance with organizational goals is essential for delivering high-quality, sustainable care in health centers. This webinar will review performance-based evaluations, including key metrics across clinical quality, productivity, patient experience, and compliance. Participants will also explore data sources, regulatory considerations, and practical strategies to implement fair, transparent evaluation systems that support accountability, workforce engagement, and improved patient outcomes.


Learning Objectives:

  1. Define performance-based evaluations in the community health center setting

  2. Identify key metrics and data sources used to assess dental team performance

  3. Explore practical strategies for implementing effective and equitable evaluation systems

  4. Recognize common challenges and best practices to support staff engagement and improved patient outcomes
