This webinar will review performance-based evaluations, including key metrics across clinical quality, productivity, patient experience, and compliance. Participants will also explore data sources, regulatory considerations, and practical strategies to implement fair, transparent evaluation systems that support accountability, workforce engagement, and improved patient outcomes.
