National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) is offering a webinar series on Fundamentals of a Health Center for non-clinical dental leadership. Speakers, Dr. Nick Pfannenstiel, and Tena Springer, RDH will present this second webinar of the series. The focus will be on workforce and staffing of a health center dental program. The webinar will review the results of the 2018 NNOHA Workforce Survey to inform health centers in their recruitment and retention strategies. Additionally, the webinar will describe innovative strategies for workforce development and staffing.
