Join us for Member-Only Office Hours! This Office Hours session will discuss operational and financial metrics to support sustainability and performance. The session will describe measures to help monitor, improve, and evaluate operational efficiency and financial health. Attendees will also learn how to use metrics to inform workflows and leadership decisions. Office hours are an opportunity to bring questions for live support and guidance. Come prepared to engage in lively discussion!
