Dental hygienists are an essential part of the dental public health system, serving as clinicians, researchers, educators, policy advocates, program directors, and more. This webinar will explore some of the different career pathways available for dental hygienists in dental public health. The webinar will include four inspiring dental hygienists who will share their career journeys. The webinar will also feature a panel discussion with open Q&A.
1.0 CDE will be offered. *Attendees must register and attend the webinar via their own Zoom link to receive CDE.*
Objectives:
1. Identify the role of dental hygienists in dental public health and population health.
2. Describe a variety of career pathways for dental hygienists in dental public health.
