National Network for Oral Health Access is offering a free webinar series on the Fundamentals of Health Center Dental Programs for non-clinician dental managers. This series will review the essentials of managing a health center program such as financials, workforce, quality, and risk management.
This is the third webinar of this series and will focus on the fundamentals of finances in a health center dental program. During this webinar, attendees will learn how to develop a financial strategy and understand the basics of health center financials.
