With the continued shortage of dental assistants, community health centers are becoming more innovative in ways to recruit new dental assistants. This webinar will review NNOHA's new User's Guide for the Implementation of Dental Assistant Programs in Community Health Centers. The webinar will also feature Mile Square Health Center in Illinois. They will discuss their in-house dental assistant training program including program development, curriculum, and evaluation.
