The Guide provides technical assistance on several IT topics including a process for selecting management software and an electronic dental record for your community health center. Other topics include information on teledentistry, electronic prescribing, information security, integrating the dental system with the medical system, and much more. Links are available within the Guide to a new HIT Workbook which provides templates for creating forms CHCs can use in their information system search process. Published January 2022.
This resource was supported by NNOHA's HRSA National Training and Technical Assistance Partnership.
