In response to the high interest of customer service training on the NNOHA Listserv, NNOHA is offering this webinar on customer service training. This webinar will provide an overview of the Think YES to Care customer service training which will be available on the NNOHA website. Aron Goffin, MPH, Jade Dodge, and Carol Oneill of Multnomah County Health Department will describe the customer service training model, provide training recommendations, and provide context to the training materials.
